Am I the only one who feels that Amy’s vocals are more versatile, precise, and just better when she’s playing her guitar? I’m glad she got to play her guitars again later in her career, because it led to some amazing performances. The demos of just her and her guitar are her best vocal performances IMO.

having seen the movie just out, I'm disappointed that her early days as a singer were blurred over and focused more on drug and alcohol addiction, something very dark and disturbing is being hidden that makes a young girl react like that, whatever it was I guess we will never know, I lay the blame at the whole family's feet. Note the grandmother was a singer. Karma is wonderful equalizer. the x has become a man and seen the light its time he was told the truth.
